EBC not opening

I made some progress. I got a good power source and you can hear the solenoid click when turning the car off and on while connected to a ground.
However, when I connect it to pin 9, it no longer appears to work. It does not open and close when touching that wire. Changing boost duty does not affect it.
Are we sure it is pin 9 that I need to connect? I thought I saw in some other MS docs that another pin was used for EBC. I did touch the second solenoid wire to a couple other wires and on one of them the rpms jumped. After that I decided to stop randomly touching wires...
Attached is my current tune. Is there something completely wrong in there?

BTW, you don't have to connect those pins. You can test them with a multimeter first. Basically, the pin you want will have continuity to ground when all cells are 100%, and will be no continuity to ground when all cells are 0%.
Also, I know you're hearing the solenoid click, but it's a good idea to confirm the expected behavior by trying to blow through it.

I am getting between 6 and 540 ohms on pin 9. I then connected the wires like I had before and I it would open and close when connecting and disconnecting the wires. I wired it back up and it does open and close when the car turns on and off.
I set the duty back to zero, which should leave it open, and see if I get normal wastegate boost.
Thanks again!

I am confident that the solenoid is working as expected. Thank you.
However, I am still having over boost problems which I will explain in my "new boost spike" thread from last week as I expect it is related to the issues discussed there. https://www.miataturbo.net/newreply....treply&t=72581
Thank you!
