Default EBC installed but wastegate wont move

Hi, I just installed my GM ebc solenoid, followed all the instructions, changed js2 to boost control, etc. The boost targets are stock, set at 20.
Well, I just started the car but the wastegate doesnt even move when I accelerate. I disconnected the actuator and I can move it by hand, right now I think its shut close, the arm is towards the front of the car.
My boost gauge says around 20 of vacuum at idle and when I step on it it goes the 0 but no boost. The BOV is ventilating every time I let off....

Also, is the LC1's gauge supposed to show 22.4 afr when the car is idling and then when I shut it off but leave it ono contact it goes to 15-16 afr???
I have the yellow wire going to the stock O2 sensor connector and reseted it's values to 0v=10 and 5v= 19.9, the brown wire is connected to the gauge and then I connected it to pin # 10 on the middle connector, it's values were changed to 0v=7.35 and 5v=22.4
so, whats wrong?

if you changed the output, go into configurator and change lc-1 defualt to lc-1 linear.

if your idling that lean, add fuel.

increase your DC% numbers. you may need to go as high as 30-40% before it starts to raise boost.

you will not get boost at idle.

ok, ill change it to linear.
since i dont have a variable tps, do i change the tps % to 0 and 100? or just leave the 20, 40, 60, 70, 90?

I also changed my boost kpa target chart to:
1000rpm= 40
2200rpm= 35
3600rpm= 33
4800rpm= 30
6000rpm= 30
7200rpm= 30

should I not have touch that?
I'm looking at 8psi of boost. I have modified fm1 intercooler kit-piping which I dont think will handle more than 8psi.

leave the numbers, make sure your TPS is calibrated. (go to tools)

try 100rpm 100% 2000rpm 100% 2500rpm 40% - 7000rpm 40%

turn your overboost protection onto 10psi, to make sure you can build the boost but not let it continue to rise.

Ok, i did it. Now I get 6 psi at full throtle but at partial throttle or at low rps i can only manage to get vacuum to 2 or 3 psi.
whats the difference between the boos kpa targets and the boost duty tables?
And how do I calibrate the tps? it says 126 at closed throttle and 126 at full throttle??
The wideband still doesnt work well, I get like 10afr at full throttle, but in tha afr table I wrote 12afr at 140kpa + and then i graduLLY went up

ok, im an idiot, i was doing everything on neutral, just accelerating, that's why it didnt boost, now the overboost cutoff starts at 4k. I backed everything down, (duty cycles to 20) and still cutting off but now its only at 6k on third gear and starts cutting off at 4k in fourth gear. I'll back everything down more tom and see what happens.
Now do I touch the boost kpa target table too? what is the difference between both?

And, is boost only suppose to come at full throttle? can I make it boost at half throttle?

sounds like the WB is working but you need to tune your map for fuel.

sounds like your getting a bit of boost creep, try turning the last cell target down to 10% or something. log the runs and view then in data log viewer to see how it looks.

btw, who built your ms?
