Dyno day is near, some advice needed please.
So I went over my grounds, and realized I have ground wires going all over the place, so I cleaned them up. The CAS, the LC-1 and my oil temp gauge grounds, all share the same wire and go to the terminal near the throttle body. I was having issues with my car running weird when it would get real warm, and it would also idle rough. All I did was go into coolant-related air density, where my temp says 120* the offset was 125, I changed it to 140 and my car idles really smooth now. I did a datalog after than and my AFR's still are all over the place. Please point me in the right direction so when I drive to DE I don't feel like tossing the MS along the highway.

R4 and R7 are removed. I am using all the stock sensors, MS is wired in parallel with boomslang harness. The CAS came from a '97 and I tapped into the 12v supply from the MAF. It's grounded to the terminal near the throttle body. The CKP and CMP signal wires go through the firewall and connect to the MS. What values should I be using in EZtherm for this setup?
