Do I need to set base idle again?

Do I need to set base idle again?
I made my DIYPNP and then got it running on my car in NA form and set the base idle. I am wrapping up my turbo and did a coolant reroute and timing belt change "while I was in the general vicinity" and wonder what I need to do on the soft-ware side to prep for the new setup.
I will change to a turbo base-map but aside from that, do I need to re-do my base idle? Can I just take the same base idle offset value into the new tune?
