Have a 94 based Turbo Exocet with a DIYPNP that I build and have been running off it for 6+ years. Preparing for a VVT swap into the car and MS3X before hand. Trying to get current engine running on the MS3x before doing the engine swap so I know the ECU is good and I am not troubleshooting 2 things at once. Built the MS3X according to trubokitty.com. Custom harness built from an extra ecu harness keeping stock plugs on chassis side and DB37 on ecu side.

When cranking I get cycling sync and cranking indicators. Not getting spark when cranking. Used the diagnostics in TS and verified both spark outputs are working to the plugs using stock coils. I have verified it runs fine on the DIYPNP after every few tries on the MS3x to make sure nothing on car side is at fault.

Here is the Composite log pic, composite data, cranking log and Current config. I have tried both riding and failing edge for spark capture and no difference. Hoping for some help if this is just a matter of tuning the R56 resistor (its 7.5 turns CW from full CCW currently) or if theres something else I should be investigating. Thanks
