Default diypnp connector board help!!!

I am very new to this forum and am looking for help with my diypnp. I purchased all the components recommended on the other miata forum. I had no issues assembling the main board. The "directions" given by DIYautotune will less than clear to me as far as connecting the main board to the connector board. If anyone can make it more first grade level comprehension for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Pictures or step by step instructions might help. I am fairly new to circuitry. I need to make sure I am using the proper components as well. Soldering is no issue, it's trying to decipher the chart that's confusing me. I have a 91 Miata 1.6 which I am going with the RX8 550cc injectors and a T3 turbo.

It's really pretty easy.

You should have two separate boards, one is the megasquirt, and the other is a DIYBOB, with the ECU socket on it. Together they are a DIYPNP, lucky for you diyautotune made a nice list telling you everything you need to "jump" between the DIYBOB and the Megasquirt PCB.

https://www.diyautotune.com/support/...3-mazda-miata/

So, the very first thing in that table is IAT, find the IAT pin on the edge of the megasquirt, and solder a wire between it and the DIYBOB adapter pin number 4P. That's pretty much it, just follow the table down.

ok, the first area makes sense now. What about the area marked pullups? And maybe the areas below that? I just want to make sure I don't mess this up. Thank you for the help!

if you look at the bottom right corner of the board you can see the spots for them.

youll use the (2) spare 470ohm resistors from the packages of pull-up resistors. and a spare diode form the package of didoes that's marked with spares. connect them across to the 5v or 12v spot the chart says.

Thank you for the help. It does make more sense now. I thought that's kinda how it went. Just wanted to make sure. With Denso 550cc injectors, should I rewire them sequential or leave them factory wired? After the car is running good for awhile with the DIYPNP, I will put these injectors in and retune. Taking it step by step.

all 94+ miatas are wired sequentially. problem is your MS2 CPU only has (2) injector drivers. So unless you add another (2)...

That's for a 90-93 Miata with an ECU that already 4 injector drivers. You have the opposite. You have 4 wires and 2 injector drivers. If you want sequential, you need this: https://www.diyautotune.com/product/...injection-kit/

and then you have to rewire the injector harness, as well as running out the two extra wires.
