Default DIYPNP Bad MAP Signal

I built a DIYPNP for my 96 Miata. The car starts and runs, but idles terribly and runs super rich. I noticed the MAP rises up to 250 kPa and stays there. I know it should be at around 100 at sea level, then drop under vacuum when the car is running. I've checked the signal coming from the onboard map sensor and it's around 1.7v at with the car off. I've calibrated the MAP sensor in Tunerstudio to the MPX4250. I noticed the MAP reading rises up to whatever value is plugged in for the reading at 5v. Somehow it seems like a constant 5v MAP signal is being sent into the computer, although it's 1.7 when it leaves pin 1 of the sensor. I'll attach some pics of the ECU if anyone can look for a glaring error. I was also checking to see if the 1.7v makes it from the MAP sensor to the microsquirt. When I test pin 3 on the microsquirt it is initially 1.7, then slowly drops to 0.

Cancel that. Found excessive resistance between the first pin of the MAP sensor and pin 3 of the 50 pin microsquirt connector. Added a jumper direct and problem solved.
