Talking DIY MS2 South Florida Help [95.5 Chassis non working tach]

Hey dudes, I paid someone $60 last year to solder up whatever resistor we thought was needed on to the board for my tach to work properly on my gauge cluster...
Checked that the tach is working on tuner studio and the output or whatever it's called is also set "on" , yet my tach doesn't work... This guy bailed on me and hasn't answered any messages or calls so that sucks, but I'd still like to have a functional tachometer on my miata..

FYI: I purchased the ecu used from someone who purchased it used from a megasquirt employee in atlanda who built it.

Wondering if there's someone knowledgeable about this who is willing to let me come to them, or them come to me and figure it out..

I have a 95.5 and had this same problem when I went to install my DIYPNP. The tach is on 1F on the ecu harness.

Back at it.

I tried doing the jumper mod using a paper clip in the diagnostic box, looked in the software to try and choose different outputs. Still not working.

I'd like to get my tach in good working order and have someone play around with whatever settings are needed to get my AC idle control valve working properly without the need for a super high idle.
Hoping someone on this forum from south florida can get this done for a reasonable fee.

I have a DIY MS2 which reportedly is using ms3 firmware. PLZ HELP
