Default Cruise goes way lean

As I keep plugging away at my tune, I keep running into the same problem. While in cruise, I slowly loose fuel. AFR goes full lean. I've turned off the overrun fuel cut to ensure it's not interfering, but no change. Any help would be appreciated.

Car is a '97. Fuel only piggyback install, non turbo.

I've got EGO active above 12,000 rpm.
