Oh yeah duh, the reversed ones are batched injectors. No ignitor frying there Still, its something I at least found I could fix.

how is your spark output mod? like the DIY's writeup? I'd suggest it may need to be reversed and altered slightly.

Until you get a RPM reading in MT, you dont need to mess with other stuff.

My build/mods are per the DIY autotune page.

I get RPM with the stim as wheel setting in MT... never got a chance to check it on car. Won't be at car until this weekend... and its back to its home 1.5hrs away :(... and no internet there for some assistance.

if you dont get spark try this....I never got spark with the way they show it. and once i did it was reversed. I believe this is how it should have been written up.

Whats strange to me is that I wasn't getting fuel either.

If I'm not getting a valid rpm signal... would that prevent all firing of fuel/spark?

Remember.. I'm not getting spark or fuel (checked for both).

Just swapped the blue/green. So hopefully thats at least heading in the right direction.

Won't know anything until this weekend though sadly. And being 1.5hrs away... lots of trip to diagnose stuff I kinda need help on.

So toss out ideas... I'll compile them... and try them all until the darn thing works

Oh... just in case... any way to confirm/deny igniter is bad/good? It was good when I parked the car... hopefully I didn't have wiring goofy for MS and hurt it.

If there is no rpm signal, the engine must not be turning, right? So if the engine isn't turning, there is no need for fuel.

MS will fire a prime pulse upon startup, and then wait for an rpm signal to start injecting fuel. no rpm = no fuel or spark

Plugs I've checked have had 0 fuel so far. (no start up of course)

I have fuel pressure and the MS primes the fuel pump without issue.

Dual feed fuel rail, stock fpr and freshly cleaned 550cc RX7 injectors btw.

Just redid my ignition stuff to this format.

Also... realized my fuel wire running to the microprocessor pin... was 1 off .

So... wish me luck this weekend.

I switched from the DIY autotune MS config for ignition to the one picture I posted of Neogenesis's board.... worked. I also fixed a fuel wiring issue of my own fault.... was off by one pin on one wire.

Got yah, I went off the picture Neo passed on to me basically because it worked. And... thats good enough for me

Maybe we need to see if anyone else has had spark issues with the DIY autotune mods as per their page... and if so... suggest they update it with the above modifications.

we have suggested, they claim it works for them. I say for it to work there must be some other things that need to be done to the board.
