Default another ms1 to ms3x writeup

I have an old braineck build ms1, witch i modified for ms3x with mapdaddy and knock module upgrade. Would anyone check my work, before i install it in my car and blow anything?

I use Braineck's writeup for the ms1 rewiring:
s12c to js9
iac1a to js10 with 470 ohm resistor from JS10 to 5V
tachselect to xg1
TSEL to optoout
top of c30 to 5v
and d1 and d2 are open

plug the daugtherboard in

for the knock module i use msextra guide and go with k1 to spr4

the expansion board are wired from d1c to s12 on mainboard

and mapdaddy get a wire to js5

the most work where in the wiring harness, here i use the picture i attached but without the ac-wiring

i think i forgot nothing.

the only thing, when i will use can, so i must wiring js6 and js8 too spr1 and spr2.

thanks a lot

Default think need help no cam and crank signal

i put today all in my car and flash the firmware, than i will crank and nothing happen.
so i check anything and see in the compositlogger no cam or crank signal. My search in the forum say's calibrate the potīs, but on my old ms1-style mainboard isn't r52 and r56 install.
the board has work 10 year's ago without the poti and i didn't build it myself, so i don't no what to do

do you have an expander board?

did you move cam in to that, or were you still using the js10 input?

take a composite log, if you didnt touch the CAS inputs, then you'll probably have to flip the cam polarity in software. and what basemap are you using?

Yes, expander board is in use. Cam in go to db37 pin32 on expander

when i see it right, js10 is not in use. js10 go to iac1a and 5v through a 470ohm resistor but iac1a isn't wired to anything

My start point are the map from truboKitty

Sorry today i can't make a new composite log but in the morning it goes wrong with a black screen in the logger

you'll probably have to flip to falling edge, then flip the cam polarity. my basemap is setup to use the VR circuit, not opto.

composite log will show errors.

Thank's a lot
With the right settings it works.
Car start and idle.
Idle is on 2500 RPM but I think my wideband is broken. so I must fix this error, before I make the next step

Wideband error is fixed, so i get to the next step.
Idle are at 850 rpm. I changed the pwm frequenz to 306Hz and the idle valve min duty at 1.2 respectively idle valve max duty at 40.0

Now i see on my wideband 13 afr and can't get leaner, when i pull the the throttle the engine stall
I think the problem is on the injector deadtime. So i searched in the web about my injectors and found this

10V = 1.07ms 11V = 0.88ms 12V = 0.78ms 13V = 0.67ms 14V = 0.55ms 15V = 0.46ms

because of this i made the following changes

i hope to be on the right path
