AFR is sporadic and wrong between TS and WIDEband
Hello all, I have a 93 with a MSPNP2 and a innovate MTX-L wideband, GM IAT, custom intake set up, the wideband is grounded with a ring terminal at the ecu ground on the engine, where the green/blk wires meet.
The wideband hasn't really had any issues for the past couple of months, but all of the sudden it jumps between AFR readings rapidly, for example: 14.7 - 13.6 - 14.7 - 15.1. so its bouncing back and forth many times a second, like noise. every other gauge and reading on the graph is still, except the AFR. Not only is that happening in tuner studios; but the gauge reading is around 1-1.5 AFR lower than what TS reads, and is much more steady. It appears to be calibrated correctly, and basically nothing has changed about the physical wideband set up, or the ECU really.. I have also done an open air calibration to the oxygen sensor itself.
Ive tried recalibrating basically every sensor, restarting the computer, the program, look for updates, and load old tunes that I know were not doing this at the time, and also checked the physical wiring, seems to all be intact. and none of it changed.
My only guess is the signal wire is compromised or I have a setting in tuner studio set wrong.
Any insight on what I can try?
Thanks in Advance.
