Hello, I have a 1996 miata that spun a bearing so I decided to pull the trigger on a vvt swap. With the swap I installed a diypnp ms2 and I have run into a issue where I am not getting spark on cylinders 1 and 4 but getting spark on 2 and 3. I have tried switching coil packs and switching plug to the working coil pack and still nothing. I have checked over the cam and crank sensor plugs to make sure the wiring was correct and still nothing. I also went with a 36-2 trigger wheel when I got my ati superdamper and have gapped the sensor to spec aswell. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Your composite log looks fairly good, although I won't speak on whether or not it looks timed correctly, my composite reading skills aren't that high. Try triggering the coil in test mode, and make sure to post your tune as well.
here is my current tune, sorry for the late response was a long day at work. If anyone sees anything that looks wrong please let me know on my mistake. i will try to trigger the coil in test mode later tonight or first thing tomorrow and will report my findings!
Here's a picture of the composite log at the start of cranking he engine over. Went and tested the spark in test mode and I can hear both coils firing when commanded in the test mode. Any input would be much appreciated, spent alot of time and money build the bottom end and turbo kit with full exhaust system and just have it sitting now.

did you ever get to the bottom of this? I’m having similar issues. Testing coils in tunerstudio they all fire but when cranking the car 1&4 are intermittent
