I have a 1993 Miata. The ac compressor kicks off and on at highway speed. I put a new dryer and compressor on it. It was already converted to 134a. The old compressor was doing the same thing before it locked up. I know it is charged up right. All my pressures read fine. Could this be the high pressure switch doing this?

I'm not much better as far as noobs go I guess. I KNOW that I have Google at my finger tips, but Google isn't always right. I go to this page to get advice from people with experience to save me the headache of getting something wrong because the Google Gods were not in my favor. I feel bad asking my poor husband a million car questions (because he is a motorcycle guy) so I go to the car experts You need a thick skin and a sense of humor to hang with you guys LMAO

*Classifieds Posting Permission*
(Might be the wrong place to ask a question but I cant find somewhere else to do it.)
I have been a member for a while now and bought a couple things off connections here. However due to changes in plans I want to trade all my turbo parts (96-97 NA 1.8) but I do not have permission to post. How do I go about it? Anyone I need to talk to?

Hello all!
My name is Ted, and I'm a Subaru freak. Unfortunately, I do not own a Miata. :( However, I respect them. They're a real challenge to catch on the RallyX courses I race on out here in Southeastern Arizona! LOL
I joined this forum for the awesome content in the MegaSquirt portion of these forums. You see, my '99 Legacy Outback (daily/RallyX car) has a turbo added onto the existing 2.5L powerplant and for EM, I chose the MicroSquirt. I'm finding I keep returning here when I am seeking for good, solid, and well written information on the MegaSquirt platform and TunerStudio. There's a wealth of information in these forums and I plan to glean as much as I can in order to tune my Subaru properly and... hopefully find some ideas on displaying critical data in a compact package.
Anyway, I'm glad to be here! And who knows.... maybe I'll catch the Miata virus and get one. LOL
