Welcome, nice looking car. From what I've heard there is much improvement to be had with an ECU on the MSM's as the stock tune is "lacking". I've got an MS3 Pro as well and would definitely recommend.
As far as injectors go, I'll echo the common warning on this site of going with rx8 yellow tops as there are lots of knock-off's on the market. If you can confirm OEM, great, but be carful. I think it's worth springing a bit and getting known good injectors, Flow Force 640's might be worth a look.
I'm not familiar with the stock MSM intake so not sure with the boost control solenoid but I would guess you can that use it with the MS3. As far as the GM AIT, you will need that assuming the MSM runs a MAF same as the NA motors (I think it does). Changing from mass air to speed density needs both AIT and MAP to function.

If you're really that broke and not ready to commit to an MS and quality injectors at the same time, there's always the intermediate step of running the green top 305s with the stock ECU and TPS unplugged. Those worked very well on my car with similar mods (AEM SRI, MBC, eBay DP, FMIC) for a number years before I jumped to an MSPNP and FF640s.
As far as the stock EBC is concerned, the info I've read says that it's not able to be used with the high current I/O pin on the option connector of the MS. Either plan to run MBC as a stopgap or wait and save for a proper EBCS.

what kind of difference did u see from this haven't heard about it before!
i have the o2 signal modifier, MBC installed and an aem uego thats not installed yet for some reason I thought MBC wouldn't work with MS I need to read more on injectors if it's truly worth it on stock ecu the flow force 640s seem prices well

A lot of old legacy info specific to the MSM is on this dead site. It's got all of the shitty bandaid fixes that people did before just moving to MS after things like the Hydra stopped being supported. The bigger 305cc injectors let you run more boost without going overly lean on the stock 265s, but aren't so big of a change that the stock tune is unhappy. But you need other bandaids like a resistor for the boost cut solenoid, and an O2 spacer.
Bottom line: If you're going to do bandaid stuff with the stock ECU, the old mazda-speed site or m.net are where you'll find the info.
If you're going to MS, this is the site you want to be on for reliable information.

I definitely want to go MS3 I'm tired of doing ecu trickery I'm ready to order I'm just scared and didn't know what all I needed like GM senser I can probably afford nicer than rx8 injectors as well just wasn't sure if it was worth it stock turbo but I suppose I might as well do it ill be set up better for later mods
