Time to De-Noob myself (The rusty 92)
Ill start out with that I'm new to the fourm and know my way around a miata pretty good. Now lets go back in time a little bit back in January my dad and I decided we wanted a miata we found one on craigslist. It had a burnt valve on cyl 3 so we got it for a pretty good deal. We got it home and started tearing in to it. Picked up a head with only 70,000 miles on it and swapped it out and it fired right up... fast forward a couple months my dad found a great deal on a 94 so i bought the 92 off of him. I started driving it daily for a while and then the pilot or throwout bearing started making a very horrible noise so i parked it. With being a broke teenager it sat for a while. Then my brother picked up a parts car that got ran over by a school bus... He was actually crazy enough to fix it heres his build thread( 94 V8 Candidate - MX-5 Miata Forum ) He wanted to do a v8 swap in it so i jumped on the engine trans and the diff. All around 100,000 miles. And that leaves us in the present
Here it is when i got it
Then someone decided it would be fun to run into me
after the wreck i decided to overhaul the entire car so i have a 94 1.8 with trans 4.10 torsen, New Vmaxx coilovers, Flyin miata sways, Energy suspension poly bushings, and some 15x8 konig flatouts with hankooks
Soon this round of mods will be done and already started gathering parts to get some boost up in this little guy
