Noob in VA
Just registered and wanted to introduce myself.
I'm Paul from Virginia. I've had a 93 Miata for a year or so and just purchased a used Greddy kit to add to it. My goal is to road race this car so I'm hoping more for reliability than straight speed. I've been lurking on here awhile and decided to get my login once my kit arrived.
Thanks for all the archived info. The search function will be my friend.

I really need to have a get together at my house to put my car back together. You VA pepes will be invited (as long as Matt gets his welder back). And hey, if I get my car together and off the lift, it will be available for other work.
Richmond is a haul though, as is VA beach.
Not as many MD members here.

Thanks! I'm not adverse to driving so doing DC or VA beach isn't out of the question for a meetup or parts swap.
Just that one part by 95. Sucks don't it? Anyone using I95 to go north or south passes through the worst part of Richmond. A bit like Erik the Red naming Iceland, well..Iceland, even though it was the nicest new continent he'd found. "Keep on moving Yankees. Nothing good here. It just smells bad all the time. Yup, no reason to stay."
I saw a posting for a dyno day in VA Beach awhile back. I didn't respond as I wasn't anywhere near ready.
Good luck on the build Frank. Having a lift must be nice!
