Howdy, I'm Taylor.
I have been a fan of miatas since I was a teenager, but at the time it was difficult to find one for less than 3 grand, so i bought a first gen MR2 to satisfy my want for a tiny gokart like car. There was an abundance of decent MR2s for 1500 back then.
Later on I got job with more hours so decided to upgrade. I went in dept to buy an E36 M3. It was a blast for a couple years, but I got tired of making car payments and every summer I would notice all the roadsters with their tops down. I also ride a motorcycle, but in Portland, one should take full advantage of the sunshine, whether in a car or on a motorcycle.
I sold the M3, and used the money to buy a 1992 Miata and then a 98 subaru forester for my old lady. I have had the miata for over a year now and I miss the M3 sometimes, but I don't regret the decision. I love my miata.
I got these pictures from the guy that sold me the car.
