The research is done. RX8's are older tech and more difficult to tune, but will support the power you want. Without doing the math, I bet you will be near 100% duty. The Flow Force are easy to tune and will support the power you want. Its really that simple. Again, your unwillingness to spend another 200 bucks is strange. You rattled off like 150k worth of cars in your first post. Certainly you can understand our confusion.
What else costs $200 but lasts less than a year..
1. A cord of fire wood (cheap pine)
2. DMV fees
3. A tank of gas in my friends boat
4. An expensive dinner
5. Electric bill
6. two tires for my miata

And that right there is the issue. There are so many fake shitty knock offs.
At the very least, at least do your research and get mustang injectors and flow force adapters. If you go this route, you won't have flow matched injectors though. Something to keep in mind. Still vastly preferable to RX8's.

Huh. Glad I read this. I was still under the impression RX8 injectors were a safe bet. OP, if you are looking at a future swap take a look at the LFX and Ecotec swaps as well. If you want reliable 300+ HP its very doable with either. (Can certainly be done on a BP but not worth it IMO) but also consider the cost associated with upgrading... Well... Basically everything except the shell? I mean what is left on a 500hp miata that's original? Anyhow. Off topic. Just thought I'd mention they are out there if you are looking at swaps.

I am running Rx8's at about 95% Duty Cycle. One of these day's I'll get it to a dyno and publish the HP #'s.
If I were buying anything for a stock motor build, it would be FlowForce 640's.
I doubt 190WHP with stock injectors.
