New owner of a 93 miata

I am absolutely convinced that there are a bunch of old ladys in the car flipping business. They buy low dollar cars, take them to a good car wash where they do a real detail clean, and then put the "nice old lady" markup on them.
Anyhow, welcome to the forum.

Have fun, there is tons of info here if you decide nitrous is for losers and turboing is the way to go.

I tried to make sure that wasn't the case. Everything checked out. It was her car, well at least titled in her name, for the past 5 years. I bought it for a very fair price because it had "an injector problem." In reality, it was a pretty bad misfire cause by the wires arching over, which I hear is a common issue on Miatas. Put new NGK's, and it runs great now.
I've been doing a lot of reading, and am really trying to absorb as much as I can, but there's a long road ahead. I will be turboing it soon enough.
Thanks for the welcome.
I will update my info.
