New guy here from Colorado!
Hey fellas,
I signed up a few months ago and figured an intro was overdue!
I go by Veto, I'm 24, I'm a single dad and help run our family business.
I'm new to the Miata platform but not to Boost!
I actually took a break from the car scene a couple years ago and sold off all my DSM projects.
It's crazy how fast those things will go for cheap! My friends and I had a lot of fun times messing around with those things all through high school and several years after.
I learned a lot from the DSM game. From how every piece in a set up effects each other to learning how much boost is too much boost, the hard way
Building motors, countless clutches and transmissions was all part of the fun!
Here's a pic of my last 1g. Boost+AWD+Colorado Snow=Fun!
Anyways, those days are behind. After I moved to my new place a few months ago I was talking to my new neighbor only to realize he had this 95 that had been tucked into his garage for years.
He cut me a deal I couldn't resist and so here I am.
95 Completely stock (except for the GV lip I installed) 107k miles.
Pretty well taken care of!
It's hilarious to me how little these things are. Here's one next to my Nitro RC Truck.
I got some good studded snow tires on it and had some fun in the snow!
Even though it's severely under powered, I have fallen in love with this thing.
It's just so much fun to drive! Taking it through the mountain roads is just a blast!
I want to make this car my fun daily with the occasional track time.
It seems the limit for these stock motors is around 250whp before the rods go so I'm going to shoot for around, there piecing together a budget kit.
In the meantime, I want to also pick up a spare 1.8 to build a more serious setup with.
There seems to be a wealth of knowledge on here, I look forward to learning and helping out anyone I can. Maybe even make some new friends
Sorry if this was a little too long but just wanted to let you all know what I'm about!
Anybody from the Denver, Colorado area give me a shout-out, I'd love to meet any enthusiast around here!

1. Buy a MS and wideband. Install the MS and wideband and learn to tune the car stock.
2. But FlowForce injectors. Install them, retune fuel.
3. Buy a FM or ACT clutch. Install it and properly break it in.
4. Buy good turbo hardware. FM/Begi/TSE/FAB9/MKTurbo. Install it, retune fuel for boost.
5. Enjoy the car.

It seems MS3 is the way to go. It blows my mind people on here like Brain and Reverent actually build these lol
I'm pretty familiar with ECMlink so hopefully Megasquirt wont be to hard to learn.
