Default MSM from Alabama

Hey guys my name is Caleb and I picked up my third Miata, a Velocity Red MSM, alittle over a month ago.

It's currently all stock with a pile of parts accumulating in the garage.
So far I've gathered a budget Bilstein setup using MSM shocks, Hard Dog X bar, Advans, some aero bits, and a few other goodies.

I'm pretty excited to be on here and can't wait to contribute.

I know they're not "optimal" in the turbo sense, but I have a special place in my heart for my former '04 Ti MSM. I really wish I had never sold it...

Yours looks to be in fantastic shape, take good care of it!

Thanks guys. The photo makes the car look much better than it actually is, but I'm still very happy with it and plan to clean it up even more while doing some tasteful mods.

While it may have its problem, I enjoy the factory turbo motor. Its bumps up the power just enough over a stock Miata while remaining factory reliable. Power wise I plan to do a few bolt ons, mainly for reliability and better drivability. I know numbers are just numbers, but I'm hoping to be right around 200whp once done.

My previous car was a 400whp 1.5jz Sc300 so I'm not too concerned with power, just looking for something fun and quick to play around in.

The MSM responds well to an ECU upgrade to megasquirt. More power and no dead spot in the power band.
