Hi all, I'm new to the forums.

I am considering buying a miata and my plans involve putting a turbo system in it. I was just wondering if you guys could give me some input on a couple that I've found off Craigslist. One is currently posted at $3500 for which I believe I can get for $3000, and comes with a turbo kit minus intercooler and injectors and an okay set of Bbs rims. It is 1999 with 1.8 engine. It has 150k on the chassis and 80k on the motor, and looks as it it may have been driven hard, the body is repainted and has some rust on the skirts. The top seems on its way out and it does not have an exhaust from the axle back. The rust doesn't really bother me as I do bodywork myself fairly frequently. The other option is a very nice looking car, perfect condition with 80k original miles, bone stock everything, so I would need to buy all the aftermarket parts for turbo and probably rims and little things to make sure it looked immature enough for me. In your opinion, which has better value, and while we're at it, what would be a good exhaust that sounds nice but isn't super obnoxious?
