looking to learn from others
Just what I needed, another forum to keep track of..........
Anyhow. A bit about me. I live in Iowa. Been around the autocross scene for, well a pretty long time. I've run an LS powered Westfield in EM for many years, then a BM sports racer for awhile. Have run 5 seasons in Champcar in a Miata, first few with the 1.6 and the last couple with an EcoTech swap.
Last fall I picked up a '95 to try out the Time Trial events with SCCA. Its bone stock power wise, should have a torsen. (I have not pulled axles to see for sure) Its got basic a Basic Flyin Miata suspension package with Tokico shocks. It sits too high and I have a plan to make upgrades on the suspension. The time trial events seem like a hoot but will be more of a hoot if I get to around 200whp. So I'll be cruising the threads seeing what I can learn.
