Welcome to the board.
Can we give you any advice on tires/wheels or suspension upgrades? What's your budget?

Good choice on tires/wheels for 16".

My suspension knowledge is limited, but I've never heard of Miata guys running Stance. I've heard of the company, but I think they're more popular in the Honda crowd.

If you're looking to do some serious homework, check the products that Goodwin sells. http://www.good-win-racing.com/Mazda...ml?id=IXWZkhrL

For coilovers, the popular choice w/Miata's is GroundControl... pair them with shocks of your choice.

Does a Stance package include shocks/springs/sways bushings or any bracing? Take a look through the Racing Beat website also.

stance is not a very popular choice, most miata owners are not into drifting but there are a few on here that know what they are doing...maybe they can give you advice on suspension/tire choices...if you were looking to auto-x and/or track the car id be able to help you out, just have no idea what you need for drifting
bushings-ES just did a GB for us for 209 shipped fir a full set including diff mounts, look into that (search)
sway-my preferrance is RB front hollow bar and stock or no rear bar...drifting may call for a beefier rear sway bar, i wouldnt know...
one thing i think i can help you with is suspension set up...i run a stiff front end for grip and a very loose rear, you may want to run a stiff rear in addition to the front just to have that snappy rear end i try to stay away from, hope any of this helps you
