Default Hello from MN!

Hiya. Posting here since I've been thinking about adding power to my Miata. I've had mine for just about 7 years now, I bought it right when I turned 17. It was at 56k miles then and now it's right around 90k. Over the years it's gotten a decent amount of cosmetic work plus other interior goodies.

So far everything else on the engine/suspension is more or less stock+. IL Motorsports motor mounts and bushings all around, fresh ball joints/tie rods, Racing Beat swaybar and Meister R ZetaCRD coils. Tires are 195/60R14 Azenis' and I have no plans to go to 15's!

Then it's got a coolant reroute, RB intake/headers/catback. And a Mercury Capri valve cover - but beyond that everything else is stock. Mishimoto rad has been changed out for a stock radiator since these pics have been taken.

I'm on the fence as to how I want to add power but forced induction is definitely the plan - I just have to decide between supercharging and turbocharging. Plenty of reading and searching to do! This is more or less 99% a street car so I've got no interest in making crazy power, I just want a little more get up and go. And, ideally, I'd also want to make it look close to OEM considering the rest of the car has an OEM+ look to it. For the interim though I'm planning on upgrading the clutch and learning to tune the stock motor before I do anything else.

Oh, and my daily is a 09 Honda Fit 5mt. It feels like there's so many Miata-Fit owners lol
