Hello From Iowa
Hello, I'm Nolan and have had my Miata for about 2 years now. My car is a '91 with 63k miles on it, as well as rust free.
The car came from a M.net type old guy who only drove it on weekends in the summer and took the car to the dealer.
However, he did some "old man mods", which had to be removed. Here is what it looked like when I got it.
I first removed the style bar, then the fake chrome and wood. Next, I replaced the ebay wheel with a Momo Prototipo.
I later sold the Enkei wheels and bough Kosei K1's, as well as "better bilstein coils".
The bilstein's rode like crap, and the cost to revalve them was nearly the same as a set of nicer coils.
I did a suspension upgrade of BC Racing BR coils and FM Sway bars (I need end links still).
I also have the car running on a MSPNP2. Here is the car as it sits today.
For my turbo build, I was lucky to get a donor Miata that was already turbocharged.
The donor is rusty and higher mileage, but has many nice parts, and I can sell it and make some money back on it.
Not shown in the pictures is a 3.9 Torsen, 6 Speed, 3 inch Downpipe and a Link ECU (selling).
Additionally, the donor has a full Energy Suspension bushing kit.
*Does anyone by chance know who built this car?
Between the donor and what is already done to my car, I picked up a '97 1.8.
This motor is currently at a machine shop getting built

"Old Man Mods.." WhyIOughtta...
Welcome - really like the changes you made (even if I am an Old Man!). You didn't mention if you put a roll bar in after taking out the lack-of-style bar (that's on the top of my next upgrades - just have to decide which way to go: bolt in, or something really serious from TC Kline).
