So looks like I made a mistake and posted first before doing this part.
so...don’t actually own a miata but I’m in the process of researching whether I can fit the engine in to my BMW E30 1989 1.8
By googling I found a guy on here doing a kit to fit the bmw box in to the miata so figured that I could probably fit the engine in car. I’ll also be putting a turbo on just to make it drive a little better.
anyway. Hopefully you don’t mind I’ve posted in the wrong but before saying hello.

Hi Bash, welcome to the forum. I always find it funny when I see people wanting to swap a BP into some other car, since I've swapped another engine into my Miata. It boosts well and there is tons of aftermarket support, so it's not crazy.
