I had to roll my car over to my neighbors house to get some help because I didn't have air tools at the time. He had a stout impact wrench that wouldn't take it off either. In the end I had to get an oxy acetylene torch to get the bolt red hot then hit it with an air gun to take it off. Spent more time trying to get the bolt off then I did on the rest of the timing belt job.
Sometimes the locktite they use from the factory, or the last mechanic, is stuck for good unless it gets hot enough. So it may be time to invest in a cheap map gas torch or get access to an oxy acetylene setup, but then again I hear a lot of good about those crank tools.
