It sure looks that way after Savington, your's truly, and Lars all had the same problem. After you add the cost of the $120 bolts and $100 EDM drilling to the $400 turbine housing...holy **** I wish EFR turbos were available 4-years ago.

I heard a rumor last night that someone might be making a full V-Band and External gate housing for the EFR's. If it fits my current manifold I would not be opposed to possibly switching sometime in the future. It sucks though that there is still a long wait for even the normal EFR turbos. I want to see a few in miatas out on the track.

^^^^this dynochart compares EFR 6258 .64 A/R (red line) to Garrett GT2871R .64 A/R (blue line) both are at 23psi boost. It is easy to see the EFR spools much faster and delivers a more usable and faster responding powerband
Guys, I hate to say it, but I'm on the fence about NOLA. I spent $1600 on my car since the valve problem and bullshit to get the car going again, I made a book keeping error and was not 1-month ahead on rent like I thought I was, I was denied the bonus check that was confirmed earlier in the month, I had a $400 speeding ticket for 8mph over, I'm on the hook for Reverant's MS2, I survived today's lay-off round, there's another lay-off round the first week on January (so the big-wigs can take December off), and had to pay for a sexual reassignment surgery. We'll see what happens but I'm 50/50.

The guy with the black NA was at the Mitty and I talked to him for a bit. He was also on here, but I believe he sold the car. I also worked corners with a guy who was interning at BW. He was a big fan of the EFR's.

My brother and I will be camping in the trailer.
Car is still in pieces, but it's 150-160 pounds lighter than it was at Hallett and I've got a few days to finish putting it back together.
And put air bags/pump on the tow rig, mount the trailer tool boxes to the floor, and mount the winch, and and and.
