Maybe you could try declaring it a "peaceful protest" event like they** did in NC. Seems to be the only way to be allowed to gather in Commiefornia any more.

One other thing that happened is that NASA Nationals got cancelled, so the dates being close together and funds for both don't matter anymore.
Not sure how fast my car is going to come together though. It's a bare shell right now and I'm stitch welding the chassis, so literally as torn down as you can get and a lot of fab work to do yet.
I'd like to make it but I won't know until later.

Unknown actually, but we are pretty sure it has been like this for the entirety of my ownership. Purchased the "kit" second hand, and I guess both the seller and myself missed the damage initially as the turbo is behaving exactly like it did when it was installed. Probably explains the slow spool that Andrew pointed out in my dyno thread.
Given that it has gone through four track days with this damage I'd probably be okay from a reliability standpoint to head down, but those funds would probably be better spent getting the turbo back to 100%.
