Default What is this tool??

Hey mechanically inclined people, I recently was gifted a bucket of random tools. This was in the bucket, and I have no clue what it is or what it's for. It's Kobalt brand. Now you know as much as I do...

Pretty sure it's for pvc pipe work.

It is made to slide over a shaft and tighten so that you have a second hand to get leverage, like with a heavy screwdriver.

Dammit! Im pretty sure you nailed it there. An angle grinder handle. I should have known that,Ive thrown like 50 of the away over the years..
