This is my tv tuner comp that I do most of my ******* around with. I also have a dell m60 laptop that I do most of my work on, but my gf come is on the fritz and shes using it. I built this computer completely for $1000, 17in LCD (i think), 120gb Seagate, 8x DVDR, Nvidia Something card, Hauppauge PVR 150, Athalon 64 3000+, 768 megs of ram, and some other crap.... Yes literally feces
Eventually Im gonna make an amazing server (when i graduate and $$) get 3 TV tuner cards and an HD card and stream recorded/live tv anywhere there is another computer. And build my own projector.
Im also gonna have to make a workhorse computer before all that fun stuff. ProE kills my comp, rendering in 3D and running FEA on a normal computer is painfully slow. Probably some really expensive intel whatevers cheapest that week, along with ubergoodness amounts of ram and a raid setup *I dont remember which one mirrors the drive, but that one*

I must be nerd ultimate! In my house I have 5 computers, 4 of which are networked! How sad is that? All of the PCs I have built myself for various things, and named them accordingly!
Laptop 1 - Dell Inspiron 9300, 1 gig ram, 17" panel
Laptop 2 - Mac G4
Music PC - 1.5 Gig ram, P4 2.8Mghz, DVD RW+-, CD, 360Gig 10,000 rpm drive and a 240Gig 10,000 rpm drive
Storeage PC - 1 Gig ram, P4 2.3Mghz, 4 big drives cant remember how much, ATI 256meg Radon graphics
MY PC! - 2 Gigs 666 ram, 340Gig 10,000 rpm SATA drive, Nvidia 512meg G-Force 7 GTX video, etc etc. MAJOR POWER muahahahahah!
Ok, I feel better now.

no pictures since I'm not modding my laptops.. but..
current: Fujitsu T4210 tablet (core duo 2GHz), 1GB ram, etc.
previous: dell inspiron 8600 POS. pentium M 1.7ghz widescreen lead sled. mobo is busted such that it wont charge the battery. sucks because it was great for tuning.
previous to that: used dell CPi with broken everything, but still works better than the above. this may become the car tuning computer if the other one doesn't work.
file/printer/whatever server: overclocked PIII-800 with a redundant raid array.
garage/speaker testing pc: small case barebones 2GHz something. Westinghouse 19" flat panel monitor I got real cheap!
Work: Dell precision 530 xeon machine. this is ready for an upgrade and has that same STUPID split case design. makes me miss my old dual 2.4Ghz machine at the last job. mmmmm solid modeling goodness.
matt--NOT a computer nerd.

No pics, but.....
1) P4 2.26 gig, Adaptec U160, 512 (I know needs more....) drives, etc....
2) Dell -- the wife's.... she bought it a long time ago.... P4 1.8, 786
3) Mail server -- PIII 900, ASUS P2B-S, 1gig, multiple drives.... holy crap lots... runs Exchange, DC and file server including mirrored SATA 250's.
3) Proxy -- PIII 550 I think, small drives, 512, but runs ISA 2K OK
4) Web/FTP, PII 450 -- runs FTP, IIS6, etc.... does downloading too
5) PII 266 Dualie.... WSUS, SMS2k3 older SCSI box, but hey, who would have thunk it's would still be workin' from 1998
6) Compaq PIII 550 -- burn box... DVD-R, software, etc... you know you have it.....
7) AMD K6-2 333 Linux web server....
LT for tuning....
No they ain't pretty, but they work. The biggest issue is, I'm going to have to upgrade the mail server soon, and the proxy I think, then "filter" the parts around.... <G>
