Hmmm....
It occurs to me that my brother-in-law has a full-size Chevy van which he uses for work when he's out on this coast, parked up in LA just sitting. It's white, rather than black, but it's a proper cargo van that's old and looks like hell.
Then we have Dupli-Color's "Car Art" brand temporary paint...
That'd work nicely for painting "Free Candy" along both sides.
... And a couple of these for the front doors:
And then just leave it parked outside some random elementary school in SLO.

I stuck a pedo bear decal on the rear window of my buddies car. He sported it for 2 months before he was called outside by his work. This is where they asked him what i meant, he said it was a car thing. They told him he was wrong and it had NOTHING to do with the car scene / movement and everything to do with being a child molester.
When I seen his car that evening I said where did your pedo bear decal go? He told me how he was spoken to and that he had to take it off his car. LOL
Seems to currently be a honda thing in my area.

Honestly, think about it. Child Molesters identifying themselves publicly with a sort of pseudo-secret image? What sense does that make? I'll buy into the existence of the so-called Hobo Code, but I doubt that actual pederasts are marking their territory with pedobear stickers. Granted, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that there's no super-secret pedophile club with a secret handshake and meetings every third Thursday under the bridge.
To me, this whole thing makes about as much sense as saying that anybody who has a sticker on the back windshield of their pickup truck with a depiction of Calvin urinating onto a Ford/Chevy/Honda is someone who must be shunned or ostracized on the grounds that they are condoning (or actively guilty of) public urination.
