There's loads of videos available on youtube. I'd probably watch FM's and TheCarPassionChannel, personally I learned from a haynes manual, which are ~$20 on amazon. I like them because they list torque specs. Get a quality torque wrench, and unless you're in a giant time crunch, replace the water pump, valve cover gasket, front main seal, cam seals, thermostat, and water pipe o-ring while you're in there. Get a metal water pump gasket only, and I use black RTV for water pump inlet and thermostat sealing surfaces. I hate the possibility of damaging the crank or seal when installing, so I use FM's front main seal install tool, they also have a crank holding tool for easily setting the crank bolt to the factory torque spec of 122ft/lbs.
