Okay here is an update, polly is still stalking the cats at all times when they're together. I have them separated, and it's getting old. Both parties are bored and lonely but the GF's cats are starting to trust me and are currently in bed with me.
Is it time to step up the interactions again? It seems that whenever I put them together it puts the girlfriend's cats hid until Polly runs them out of hiding, they go back under the bed for the next 6 hours, then polly waits so she can attack again, and we are back to square one.
Any ideas from the kitty brethren?

you just have to keep them at a distance. let them smell, but not see each other. put a blanket over the divider to block sight.
have them feed on either side of the gate so they become acustomed with being around each other (they can smell) and being associated with good things like food/treats/toys.
maybe in a week or two, THEN let them see each other when feeding, then maybe after that slowly introduce them.
You should also rub a sock over each and keep it next to the other's food/water dish so they smell the other cat and again associate it with good stuffs.

I have no clue. I was just going off what Braineack said. I would personally say put each cat in a pillow case, go rent a hotel room. Let them all out at once and lock the door. When whatever they end up doing stops move them back to your house. You will either have 3 happy cats, or 2 dead cats and polly.

You have done it wrong. I have socialized over 70 cats with each other. I am serious.
This is how you do it:
Put the two cats in one room with litter and food. Leave them in there for a week.
Put the other cat in an adjacent room with litter and food. Leave her in there for a week.
They can smell each other and just chill out.
Then, after a week, give them a little good catnip (pref fresh), and rub it all over their fur. Then introduce them to each other by opening the doors. Catnip wears off in about a half hour, so you have to be quick. Catnip makes cats friendlier.
Then. Whip out the laser pointer and make them play.
That should do it.

I would go and watch the full episode of "My Cat From Hell" I posted. Pretyt much goes over all the steps of introducing cats the fight together. It's cruel and mean to have them live in fear in thier own house.

What????? Autofeeder?
NO NEVER.
Always just give them wet food. Also, while you are socializing them, make them wait to eat. Wait about an hour or so until after you know they are all hungry. And yes, feed them all next to each other.
