Perpetrator deserves about 6-8 rounds of #8 steel followed by a round or two of rock salt. Then leave them chained to a tree somewhere.

So glad the little one was picked up by good people and is on the mend. We should be judged by our treatment of those who can do us no harm.

The wife and I are volunteers in the cattery at the local animal sanctuary. We were saddened to see one the the cats with eye damage due to a fight. Local vets wouldn't see the cat during the weekend unless they were paid extra. :vash: Fortunately, thanks to one of the other volunteers the eye was saved by applying eye drops until the cat could be seen by the vet.
