Cloud (the one in the powdercoating box above) has it. As I understand it, it comes from the mother receiving a strain of a vaccine that affects the kittens development.
If he does indeed have it, be cautious about him getting onto high places. They lose their balance/footing easily and fall down quite often.
One of these days I'll get video up of Cloud wandering around. It's sad, yet hilarious. The funniest thing is that he doesn't alternate paws when he walks. He moves both feet on one side at a time, walking like he has a potato chip in his *** he doesn't want to break.
Here is a good example of an extreme case, but you can see towards the end of the video that they learn to deal with it.
