ITT: cliché expressions are cliché.
Attention members: The following popular expressions are cliché and shall no longer be considered clever or funny, as they are not.
"makes me want to punch babies"
and any reference to Down's syndrome.
Once again, references to "the Down's" and "punching babies" are no longer considered edgy or rad, or whatever else one might call it. Offensive does not necessarily equal funny, especially when a phrase has become ubiquitous.
Very sincerely yours,
Koto McKotonburg.

What is that even from? Sounds like something stupid that would have come from Family Guy (the least funny pile of **** show on earth). Yes, once upon a time you could say it makes me want to punch babies.

Sigh, you're still not getting it, Brainy. I even explained it real easy to understand like for you. I'm not speaking of expressions or jokes which are supposed to be offensive, but those which have been run into the ground.
Get it?
Get it?

Kinda like tryin to be cool by sayin, "baller"? I.E. "those 6ul's are so baller!". WTF is that? Does it mean a "baller" as in like a basketball player? I don't get it...say what the **** you mean. Cause I hate basketball, but I don't hate 6ul's.

I don't get it.
Why is it ok to use a certain expression only for a certain length of time before it must be retired and replaced with a new expression which means essentially the same thing? We're not women, and these aren't shoes.
Makes me want to punch babies with Down's Syndrome...
