I was roasting a 350Z until........
I turned the boost up to 13psi today. And not 5 minutes later a 350Z rolls up to the light. OH-YEA....
First & second are almost useless. I was pulling him and hit 3rd. It acted like i missed the gear, I pulled it and slamed it in again. NO GEAR! Ohhhhhhh....I about to role into the gas station, I let it out one more time. And whewwww. The gear worked.
The stock clutch didn't even grip in third. I was so happy to still have a tranny.
I am so ready to get my clutch in.

I decided to finish it off the right way. I went to Yello Belly 1/8mile drag strip this after noon.
The plugs are old and it was running pig rich at idle. By the time I got to the launch pad. It would almost be missing.
Anyway I got that straightened out. I had to let the car fall into third.
But I was racing this Honda with slicks, 6psi and NOS. We were very close in mph. He would pull 73-77mph and I would pull 77-80.
I screwed up on the first run. On the second my third slipped and I watched him pass the line. I was pissed. That must of been a small shot of nos. Or else and extra 7psi in my car made up for it.
He said he has internals to put in it. He said it should fly. His english was minimal.
But I'm going to be gunning for him next time.
My best time was 9.57 at 77mph. My fastest speed was 80.
I heard them talking among themselves about wheither or not my clutch was really slipping. All he had to do was take a whiff. You could smell it 5ft away.
I hope the clutch in the other motor is 277ft lbs of torque or better. I'm going to pull it and check the serial #.
Otherwise, I'll give it to my brother and order a heavy one.

Whoa, there was someone at yellow belly who didn't speak English? lol, yellow belly is awesome if you're into a bunch of ************* who look like 50cent, shanking each other. I remember like 10-years ago, some crazy dude drove his camero into the crowd of people, and I could see the bodies flying in the air.
Anyway, cool, lol.

That is why I didn't put up any money. LOL
Their was almost a fight between 2 guys in camero's this time. What is it with the camero's.
Anyway. I wish I had my camera. There was this homemade go cart dragster with a R6 motor and gas tank...... It was terible. It even had a homemade wing on the back, and lawnmower tires on the back. The kids cousin looked up to me with pride and said. He used my cousins razor scooter tires for the front wheels, we did it all ourselves.
His three cousins would come out and hold the go cart so he could burn out. The thing would bounce and jump everywhere, and them too. LOL. I can't believe the security would let them do it.
That thing was INSANE FAST!!!!!!!!........And then he fliped it on its side at about 100mph. After he sat for about 5 mins. He jumped back in it and drove it off, and made another pass. Crazy.
All I could say is I guess he can weld. That roll cage of his worked. LOL
If he could speak half english I would of told him how to make it more stable.
He needed to cut the frame and position it 4inches lower, widen the front axles, and use the front lawnmower tires as well. I'm going to try and get a video for us. it is funny,
That was something I would of done at 19.
