blue is a ground.
yellow and brown are outputs. but yes, if parallel, the stock ecu needs an o2 or it will throw a cel. |

quick question, on the db gauges for the lc-1 the blue goes to the lc-1 anolog output this i know. but on my current setup 1 of the outputs is ms, and the other is to the stock ecu. do i need the one to the stock ecu.
(This assumes that you have not altered the scaling of the LC1's Output 2, and that the MS is configured to read the "LC1 Default" of 0-5v = 0.5-1.5λ) Make sure that the DB's ground wire (black) is connected directly to the LC1's white ground wire. Why Innovate couldn't have made the wire colors match between the DB and the LC1 baffles me... |

Because the DB gauge uses the same 0-5v scaling as the MS, you can splice it into the analog output of the LC1 which is feeding into the MS and it will work just fine. By default, this will be Out 2, which is the brown wire at the LC1.

Quick, dumb question: Do the 90-93 1.6 and 94+ 1.8 CAS interchange?

When in was in Jr. High, there was a kid named Richard Montgomery who was a total douche. Kind of a first gen emo-bully, about 15 years before "emo" became a recognized disability.
Richard used to punch walls in the school from time to time, and sometimes he'd head-butt them as well. He was shockingly effective against interior walls, but he was also kind of an idiot. Specifically, he sometimes forgot that in coastal Florida, exterior walls tend to be made of cinder blocks filled with concrete. Anyway, he's dead now. The year after we graduated from high school, a fellow named Daniel Conahan lured him out into the woods with a promise of being paid to pose for some nude bondage photos while tied to a tree. Needless to say, Conahan cut off his junk, sodomized him to death, and then decapitated him. I can't think of anyone who deserved to die in such a way more than Richard did. He really was a douchebag. True story. |

Depends on whether you consider disabling the airbag system to satisfy the definition of "safe." thanks for the info. |
the orange is the horn iirc.

yeah I don't have a horn either lolzz

It's amazing how many threads there are over at m.net about various car horns. They even debate the proper usage and/or necessity of horns.
In other news, I'm looking forward to my updated State Farm insurance card to show up so I can go drive this Miata around for a bit before I sell it. |
I want a car horn that emits a signal which interrupts cell phones within 12-15 feet. Pass that bimbo texting - *beep* - dropped call.

I want a horn switch so I can chirp hoes while I bang gears

I installed an air horn in my car. Fits nicely on top of the intercooler. It's loud as hell.
On an unrelated note, I am in the process of uploading pics into imageshack for a super duper built build thread. 84mm 9.00:1 pistons, mtuned rods, extensive headwork, arp everything, custom reroute, crinkle black valve cover and manifold, the whole nine yards... |
