The "Brothers" album is good from start to finish. This sounds like excellent drinking music.

You'd be surprised- there's still a pretty large community dedicated to building and restoring analog synth equipment. To me, this makes about as much sense as hanging sidedraft carbs on a modern engine, but to each his own.

These Folks in particular are building brand new analog synth systems which are essentially knockoffs of the old Moog modular systems of the 60s.

I'm starting to become seriously concerned about the status of the San Onofre Nuclear station. It's been offline for two months now, and the anti-nuke crowd are actually starting to be listened to, calling for the plant to be shut down permanently.

Why do grown men in my office feel it's okay to use the small bathroom we share as a personal shower?

Is there a shower in said bathroom? Or are they just standing in the toilet and pouring water over their heads?

Could be worse, they could instead think that it's perfectly acceptable to chat someone up and pat them on the back while they're taking a piss. :facepalm:

they are always rinsing their heads and face in the sink (only three on the entire floor). ive seen one guy wiping his body down with wet paper towels a few times (yes he takes off his shirt). they are always gurgling and hocking loogies in the sink. brushing their teeth. crap like that.

im leaving out one important detail, but i digress.


i dont mind a chat while i piss, but a pat would be awful. But I wont poo if there's anyone else in the room. Also, I wont pee if anyone is pooing, these men sound like they are dying. I almost ran in with the defib unit one time. it urks me too much, makes me rethink my existance.

you don't even know how it is. I work in the same building as a bikram (hot) yoga studio. fukkrs come in to the bathroom barefoot, stand confidently in the accumulated splatters. also come in, wash various parts, change in the handi-stall (ahem, that's my private office) and spray spicy bombs all over the back wall of the bowl where the water doesn't reach.

the last thing I want to encounter when I'm heading off to squirt some piss is a half naked, sweaty man who smells like a diseased goat that just ate a few cans of kippers.

At least you guys are inside and have bathroom.

90% of the jobs I go to don't even have a port-o-pot on the job. :vash:

If it does, try going in after 3 pablos hit it after lunch on a 98° afternoon. If it doesn't, well, either hold it or look for a spot to ---- outside. Otherwise I usually just piss where I'm working.
