I don't always watch Fox News, but when I do, I'm only oogling Megyn Kelly. Too bad she is fucking stupid and needs to keep her trap shut, except maybe for when I'm docking my submarine in her pen. That new short hair style she has is quite fucking hot.

^Agreed. Saw her on the Colbert Report.. danyyymm

Will an NB diff carrier fit an NA, bolt on with no modification? I can't recall if they are exactly similar or not. Found a 3.9 Torsen I really want to pick up.

Thanks. 3.9 won't be much of a change over 4.1, but the slight increase in gear will be nice for the amount of interstate cruising I do. At least lower my rpm by ~200 at 70mph.

I'm sad my 3.9 from the RX7 diff won't work with my miata diff :(

Where is Houston crew? I'm drinking all day tomorrow. You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning.

Bridgestone RE-11 are some pretty awesome tires. So much more responsive, so much more grip, better ride and more quiet than my old Falken ZE-912's. Of course that's what you get with a better engineered tire with stiffer sidewalls, better tread design, 140 vs 360 treadwear...

The 01Rs are truly excellent street rubber, still proving good grip at nearly 5 years old. I plan to run 'em until they cord. |
Surely at least as good, if not a little better. I always thought the 912's were pretty good street rubber, which in their respect, they are, but they are also an all season tire with a pretty hard compound for a longer tire life. But the RE-11 completely blows it away in every way. They could actually be better, but I have a 205/55 on a 6.5'' wheel, so they are a bit bunched on the wheel. On a 7 or 7.5'' wheel they would really shine. Overall grip is phenomenal, and at the limits they seem pretty predictable. I'm pretty responsible on the road, but I can't help myself on long loop on-ramps and interchanges, as well as back roads with low traffic. One of my favorite ramps I could take on the 912 at about 65 with the rear end right on the edge of breaking loose, I would have to feather the throttle and correct to keep it on the road. This morning on the new tires I took it quite leisurely at 75 with no signs of breaking traction. AWESOME! It actually has brought up a new issue. My FM springs are too soft, at those speeds turning that hard I had some rubbing issues from body roll. Which is fine, Mono Flex are on my check list of parts to buy for build mark II

Sometimes I wish my elbows had giant spikes on them.
Walking to the check out in the 20ft wide lanes of Home Depot. A family of three walks in through the exit, led by an exposed 300lb gut peeking out through an undersized shirt. The fat fucks walks straight towards me, fat fuck father followed by fat fuck wife and fat fuck son, obnoxiously enough that I had to completely stop while they zigzagged around left right left around me. |

Saw two verizon strikers this morning. slowed and honked. They were happy to see me until that is, they saw my dual thumbs down.

Anyone interested in a set of vintage spring riders??
My brother got ahold of these and started grinding them down, planning to repaint them. Thankfully I went to the shop yesterday and was able to save them. Attachment 187146 |
