my power animal is a white siberian tiger with a boner,
having sex with pegasus, on a water bed filled with zima, and that pegasus' vagina looks like Tom Selleck when smiling, smiling about something he just saw in the funny papers that struck him to be hilarious. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWOW...embedded#at=50 |

I mean, that's sort of like saying that you have to respect the amount of work that went into creating a very clean, well-shaded, and proportionally consistent drawing of a young, anthropomorphic, female dragon tied down to a large pillow, with various items being inserted into its vaginal canal. http://img37.imagefra.me/i55e/thradd..._cd5_u77ts.gif Yep, I was right. No need to respect that at all. |
Hypothetical situation:
Seller sells an item. Purchaser pays, seller ships out item and provides tracking number. The package is not insured. The item was geniunely shipped but it was lost in transit. Who is responsible? I figure the seller, since there really should have been insurance on the package. Though it isn't his fault that the package got lost, I feel like the seller should be responsible for making sure the package gets to them, or sorting out issues such as getting lost or damaged in the mail (AKA insurance) Thoughts? |
Really depends, a good seller should insist that it is insured or be upfront about what happens if the buyer insists on being cheap. If the seller was just trying to be cheap from the start and didn't insure it, then it's completely on the seller.

I love this forum! A picture of dragon porn on the page, and right under it, a serious discussion about selling items. :bowrofl: Just realized how random this random thread is, and how we roll up in dis bitch.

It's worse in Ireland.
I lived in Dublin. |
I don't know, I think unless the buyer requests/or verifies that the item is insured, then it's on the buyer.
Are you referring to this thread: https://www.miataturbo.net/miata-parts-sale-trade-5/built-1-8-99-motor-57230/ |
Hell yeah, I actually get a rebate on something. $70 mastercard for my Bridgestones from TireRack. That's 1/2 of a tire free.

These last couple of battles in FFX are so fucking hard.
This Lady Yunalesca one is killing me. |

Despite the fact that RPGs are my absolute favorite type of game, I'm no good at them because I don't have much patience.
That being said, I just spent 2 hours leveling up. I have no problem bringing her down, it's the constant barrage of ailments that prevents me from raping her. |

This Lady Yunalesca one is killing me. Oh yah and the dragon you fight off the side of the airship, I think I struggled with it for a bit. |
The first time I played FFX I gave up when I couldn't beat the Al-bhed tank battle on the frozen lake. I simply didn't level up enough. The dragon over Bevelle was also a pain in the ass for me that first time. The following times I leveled up and had no issue with anything.
The final boss? Yu-Yevon? You can't die in that battle. |

That was a truly phenomenal game. Hopefully the next FF will get back to the feel we had with X or VII |
FF is giving me great anger right now. I bought FFXI a few days ago, to get my mmo on, and the fucking PlayOnline service that you sign up with and make payment to, I can't make my damn credit card work. Keeps giving me a common error, something about the info not being correct. Most picky software ever, everything has to be 100% EXACT as it is with your cc company. Oh well. And when you call Square Enix, they tell you to fuck off. You can't have them do the credit card info for you. So I'm pretty much boned. Unless I can change my credit card info and match it in PlayOnline and some how make it work.
I LOVED FFXIII... until I realized how linear and short the game was. Visually stunning and played well, just fell short. FFXIV looks like it might be good, and I was surprised to see a FFXIII-2 coming out this year. Didn't realize they had one in the plans. I may be one of the only FFXII fans, everyone I know hates it. I'm a big fan of the FF franchise overall though, lots of history with the games, and lots of fun and memories. |
