Speedy recovery! I had surgery on Friday and have been bored out of my mind on pain killers since. :hs: I'm trying to be productive and take this time to do things like, work on my ebay stuff, learn quickbooks, take care of the mess of files on my computer, etc, but I'm having a hard time doing anything. lol I have to go back in for a 2nd surgery on my wrist to re-attach the ligament once the hand heals. That'll be the second time I ripped the fucking ligament off my wrist, just on the other hand. |

Seriously, was it really necessary to invent canned hot dogs?

http://www.dirjournal.com/shopping-j...unny-02-01.jpg This is, in fact, an entire cheeseburger- bun, meat, condiments, the whole nut, fully assembled and ready to go. http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m...eeseburger.jpg The reviews I've read on it indicate that the contents are only slightly preferable to eating a can of fish assholes. Speaking of which: http://www.dirjournal.com/shopping-j...d-funny-06.jpg Mmmm. Assholicious! Now, if you're like me, then from time to time you find yourself becoming frustrated by how difficult it can be to get fresh sheep tongues at your local supermarket when they're out of season. Well, help has arrived! http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m...nedtongues.jpg Now, this one I actually do remember from my childhood. I had a great uncle who loved scrambled brains (prepared similarly to scrambled eggs), though I don't think they had the nutritional info printed on the can back then: http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m...porkbrains.jpg He died at the age of 80-something. In a farming accident. |

So, I've been reading through that site that rccote posted the link to. First off, I'll just get this out of the way and say that Tracy , the author, is pretty much my dream woman.
That being said, I stumbled across a series of journals describing why she hates everyone on the internet. In entry #1, she describes the concept of individuals who derail conversations on message boards with "inane, pointless fluff" (IPF) or "Purposeful Attempted Derailment" (PAD). Whoa. Isn't that pretty much the sort of thing that we specialize in around here? I mean, what use is it having a serious thread about suspension geometry or compressor maps if nobody is allowed to post cat pictures or links to gay porn? |
Umm... that brains in gravy is just nasty. Seriously nasty. Man...
LOL on the cholesterol content. It might be a good way to kill someone since a serving of that would surely induce a heart attack or a stroke. But how do you get them to eat it willingly? Disguise it in another food, but is that even possible? Lots of tabasco and ground beef? |
Can someone explain to me why over torquing wheel nuts would cause vibration? Twice now I've over torqued the wheel nuts to have it vibrate on me, and both times torquing them up to 75ft-lbs has solved it.

A survey has been done which concludes that almost 65% people cannot tap their thumb knuckle against their bottom teeth more than 20 times WITH their eyes closed, without getting dizzy.
