Get a cat.

What I need is an owl.
But we'll see how the blood does. I honestly never thought that I would write "Blood, 3.5 lbs" on an expense report. |

Predator sounds can be pretty effective. I was camping in the woods this weekend and heard an unnerving sound inside of 100 yards five times in 30 seconds. It made it difficult to fall asleep not knowing what it was. Took a bit of searching when I got home to figure it out.
The audio from this video freaked out my cat. Kitty not happy. An added benefit might be annoying or surprising people in the area. |
Florida man dies after trying to remove pet pigeon from power line with ‘20-foot aluminum pole’
A Florida man died this weekend while reportedly trying to remove one of his pet pigeons from a power line by using “a 20-foot aluminum pool pole." Elian Garcia-Rivera, 36, was electrocuted Saturday in West Palm Beach and found unresponsive near a pigeon coop on his property. “He attempted to get a pigeon off of the power line in his backyard by using a 20-foot aluminum pool pole,” Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Teri Barbera told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Investigators say Garcia was thrown to the ground after the pole touched the power line. He was then taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. |

Since you work for a dealer, do you have a take on the Discovery Sport? I had a Discovery Sport HSE Luxury for a rental in AZ last month, and considered posting a rant, but figured forum members are not the target market. When I got home, saw that CR gave it a rating of 36, which seemed awfully harsh to me, even though I really disliked it.
I was really shocked that a 2019 car could have such a poorly coordinated engine/transmission combination. On paper, 286hp and a 9-speed tranny sounds promising. |

I wouldnt recommend buying one to anybody I like. The quality is shockingly bad and the parts are very expensive. We also do Jaguar. Sames story there. For the love of god do not buy that "clean" old jag because it seems like a steal at $5k. There is a reason theyre so cheap used, most of the parts are not available and/or crazy money. |

Then I did some research and decided that it would be better not to. |
XK8 coupes are beautiful garbage. If only they were good.

At least they're better than the the X-type. I honestly think every X-type needs to go to the crusher.

The first X-type they gave me was in Washington DC. Absolutely detested it. It was like Ford Taurus level of awful, which made a lot more sense after learning that it was, in fact, a re-skinned Ford Taurus. From then on, if I found that I'd been assigned an X-type at the Big Board, I'd actually go into the office and request a downgrade. |

I recant my previous statement , and re-state it as "... after learning that it was, in fact, a re-skinned Ford (something dreadfully mundane.)" |

--Ian I bought a beautiful S-type from a coworker for $500. It only had 80k miles. One of the two fuel pumps was bad, three window regulators were bad, the center console was disintegrating, it had two bad ignition coils (3 liter Ford V6), a coolant leak from the octopus that was the plastic/rubber radiator hose assembly, both outer tie rod ends were floppy loose, and I can't recall what else. I repaired and flipped it and made money. As a Toyota owner I was appalled by the build quality and longevity of the components installed by Ford and Jaguar. |
