Sell it on Armslist. People selling on Armslist think their shit is gold for some reason or another, and everything seems to be priced at damn near new retail. You could probably find a 15 year old rifle with a banged up stock, rusty, shot-out barrel, and stripped sight mount and the seller would still think it's worth 90% of retail value - "because gun". As long as you have a semi-reasonable assessment of fair market value of the stuff you're selling, it should be gone in a day; or a weekend, tops.

If you had a bunch of gun related stuff (not necessarilyfirearms) and wanted to get rid of it, where would you go?
Craigslist is out, because even though I'm not listing the guns, it keeps getting flagged. Not worth the hassle. I have several black powder rifles, and a whole box full of powder measures, bullets, patches, and assorted stuff. There's a couple of bullet molds, and even a lead melting pot. Pawn shops won't make an offer. Local gun shop gave prices on the guns themselves that were insulting. I'm not looking to make a killing, but I'm not giving them away, either. Yes, it's a used Knight. $25 is a little on the low side, considering the scope is worth that. So, where do I sell it? |
Post up what you have so we can see if we want it.

Launch control indicates all systems go. Repeat, launch is a go. Liftoff @ 6:30AM tomorrow.
This is the big one. A foot+ of main stent, up to 8 smaller ones, lumbar drain, corotid arterial mainline. I should be home resting by the weekend. |
Godspeed rleete.

Best of luck to you, man.

Report back upon completion, sir.
I'm strangely reassured knowing Rish isn't doing the procedure. |

If I sell the MSM... On one end, I could settle ALL debts from past relationship with ex and start clean with the FRS daily. On the other hand, I can bite the bullet and push forward on the MSM.... Injectors, fuel pump/filter, Megasquirt... [/ramble thread showerthoughts] Thoughts ? I'm seriously at a fork in the road. Attachment 236842 |
You have a Miata financed?
You're doing something wrong. |

Get rid of absolute all debts, or stay on the payment grind ? https://media0.giphy.com/media/3o7bu...SwIRW/200.gif? I really do love my MSM, and want to see where it takes me. Even though, it's not street legal by any means in it's current state. I would have to register it in a different county at this point somehow. |
Does Texas have special plates? Oregon, I finally found, has this loophole where a "designated representative" from one of the officially-recognized-by-the-DMV car clubs can sign off on your car. I now have permanent Oregon plates and never have to visit DEQ again. No stickers for me. Does Texas have something similar?
Edit: another option I explored, but did not execute on, is South Dakota. You can apply for and obtain a license with no residence requirement, and you can apply for and obtain vehicle registrations with no residence requirement. So if the MSM is a toy car, not driven regularly to work, not driven to the elementary school to pick up your kids on a sunny day (noted because this exact sting recently happened here for WA residents with OR titled vehicles), that would work for the MSM. |

As far as I know atm, I'd have to register for a different county with sniffer test only... Possibly around BEGi area outside of San Antonio. Not too familiar with how that would work honestly. Still need to ask around and look into it. |

Does anyone know how much the ovary of a blue whale weighs, on average? I'm having a hell of a time finding a spec for this online.

Once we discover you're also searching for the average weight of a rhinoceros testicle, we'll know you're not really a broadcast engineer, you're part of the gubmint initiative to create the creatures from Rampage for real in order to disprove evolution (or something).
