Still kinda diggin' bachelor life at 40. Not sure I want to chase that particular dragon any longer..
In other news, why the **** do realtors use terms like FROG in listings? Some of us are city-slickers who have no clue what that rural slang means. Can you just expend the extra 21 bytes and save me several minutes of Googling? (Well, Duck-Ducking to be precise, but that sounds silly.)
I'm no city dweller, but I have no idea what that means.
Edit:
I looked it up, and apparently it means "family room over garage".
I don't know why that is desirable or why it is worth confusing clients for .5 seconds of saved typing time.

There sure are a lot of fat people in North Carolina.
And I'm not talking about "Wow, that person sure is fat," I mean full-on "How are the bones in her legs even physically capable of supporting that load? Civil engineers could learn exciting new bridge-design techniques from studying her tibias."

that's why weight training is a great preventative for osteoporosis.
Or, you can stop weight training and instead eat cheezie poofs, ice cream, and pizza and strive equally hard to gain mass in order to strengthen your bones.

I think SC is worse. But really, we are seeing it everywhere. Even Colorado, the most fit state in the union does not necessarily have fit people, just relatively fit.
As you can see here: fattest-states , the scores go from 41 (best) to 64 (worst), not even a 2:1 ratio.

Huge pantry, so very much countertop space, nice gas range... The rest of it is equally well-appointed. Garage isn't as large as the other, but it's perfectly serviceable.
Huge yard. Definitely gonna need that second battery.
