nope... it's his fault, he went racing. Unfortunately that's pretty much the summary of that waiver you sign when you get to the track. Of course that doesn't mean you can't hire a lawyer.

the dude was caught on video. a lawyer could do a fine job with that. probably invalidate the waiver by calling it "gross negligence"... still wtf. do the tow truck guys sign a waiver saying they can't sue if a driver beats the **** out of them?
