No copy, and no pasta. 100% original text, and 100% homemade no-packets-involved Cincinnati style chili.

Served over cornbread instead of spaghetti.

And made with pork instead of beef. Because Cincinnati.

wife declared moratorium on crock pot cooking during pregnancy. said the strong smell of slowly stewing beefsteam was exceeding her threshold for keeping her former meals unseen.

on a related slow note, the following item is $40 at home depot. A hot plate is close to 10. or you could get the electric version for $70. (I wanted cheap and the ability to use char coal)

I also picked up a big bag of pecan wood chunks and another of apple wood chunks.

There is also the serious amount of salmon in my fridge.

And a really solid meat supply at the weekend farmers market. they carry tri tip. that means almost nothing to pretty much everyone but the mid-to-southern californians like, maybe, joe.

here is a tri-tip for your edification:

it tastes and smells exactly as it does in your dreams. meaty, savory, smoky, and yes, you can have a side of garlic bread.

Alright fine. Ill use photobucket.

I just like that my phone automatically uploads photos to drop box when I am on wifi. It doesnt do that with photobucket.

If you have an android (idk about iphone) you can make photobucket auto upload. Their app is awesome.
